The final game of the season matched the Explorers and the Southwest Eagles. The Explorers played a flawless game, plucking the Eagles, 17-0.
The offensive line opened many big holes that eventually led to the long touchdown runs of 35 and 45 yards by Reggie Hardin and Joe Harmon.
The defense played a spectacular game, led by the two blocked punts of John Lynskey. The Explorers intercepted three passes, recovered two fumbles, and stalled the Eagles on three fourth down situations.
