Track & Field Wins Youth Fair Meet


This past weekend the Columbus Track & Field team competed at the Miami Dade County Youth Fair Meet. The team had another fine showing finishing in fiirst place with 135 points ahead of Homestead (62), Braddock (52), South Dade (51) and Belen (51). The 4×100 team of CJ Henderson, Trajan Bandy, Joshua Jobe and Tyler Harrell finished in first place and again broke the school record with a time of 41.01 (7th in the nation). Also Freshman Xzavier Henderson finished in first place in the the 400m with a Time of 48.77 breaking the school record.
